What parents ask us before they join.
Can my child attend a class before we pay?
Yes. Book a free demo class and sit in a normal lecture of the batch you're considering. No fee, no pressure to join that day.
What if we join and it isn't working?
You can leave in the first 30 days and get back everything except the material you have used. After that the refund follows the written refund policy you get at admission.
Will the timings clash with school?
Foundation and Class 11–12 batches run after 3:30 pm or at weekends. Morning batches are for students in schools with afternoon shifts.
Is it safe for girls to travel back in the evening?
Evening batches end by 7 pm and the centre closes at 8 pm. The centre is 400 m from the metro on a main road, and a staff member is at the gate until the last student leaves.
Can we change batch later?
Yes, once a term, if there is a seat in the new batch. Fees don't change.
Do you teach online too?
Some batches are live online: the same teachers, the same Sunday tests (taken at home on a timer), and a weekly doubt hour on video.
Is the study material included?
Yes. Printed modules, daily practice sheets and every test paper are in the fee. We never charge a separate material fee.
How does the scholarship test work?
It is free and runs on [DATE]. Two hours, Class 8–12 syllabus. The score decides the discount, up to [X]% of the yearly fee.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes, in three instalments through the year, with no extra charge. [EMI PARTNER] is available if you'd rather pay monthly.
I'm taking a drop year. Is there a batch for me?
Yes. The dropper batch is full day, finishes the syllabus in seven months, then runs a test every three days until the exam.
Do you help with Class 12 boards?
Board exam preparation is part of the Class 11–12 timetable from December, including two full board-pattern mock exams.
How will we know how our child is doing?
A chapter-wise report after every Sunday test, and a call from the mentor every month. Parents can also ask for a meeting any day.
